As the campus community celebrates Indigenous Peoples Day at Â鶹´«Ã½, together we will learn more about the legacies of Native and Indigenous social and environmental justice and civil rights movements; explore the interconnectedness of these and other social justice and civil rights movements; identify practical strategies for reciprocity, recovery and culturally responsible allyship with Native and Indigenous humans and organizations; and work in collaboration to address and advocate for justice while centering land back, language back, and bison back. This year’s theme is “Reciprocity, Relevance, Recovery and Reclamation,â€ and all events are free and open to students, staff, faculty and Boulder community members.
