• Support students as they navigate challenging times on campus and educate students through the adjudication of conduct cases.

Assistant DirectorsÌý

• Assist and create new student leadership programs and implement student development models for residence halls and oversees large departmental operations.

Associate DirectorsÌý

• Authorize and implement the student experience through leadership development, quality customer service at the residence hall community centers, planning of departmental operations and logistics.Ìý Supervise student staff hiring, student staff training, and academic support efforts.

Community Center Coordinator

• Manage the day to day operations and supervision of student assistants who support the community centers. ÌýDevelop and implement policies and procedures for community center operations.

Engagement Coordinators and Managers

• Plan events and programs that further the implementation of our residential experience model, while also supporting residential student leaders.

Staff Experience Team

• Lead departmental efforts to recruit, select, train, develop and recognize all levels of staff within Residence Life.
