The Virtual QuickStart sessions are held on *most Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Mountain Standard Time) via Zoom. QuickStart's goal is to provide new hires with tools and resources forÌýgetting set up quickly at Â鶹´«Ã½. DuringÌýQuickStart, new hires receive information about:Ìý

• I-9, Buff OneCard, IdentiKey
• Accessing MyCUInfo and learning about
  • Paychecks, direct deposit, tax information
  • MyLeave introduction
  • Benefits orientation options and enrollment
  • Mandatory trainings

Who Should Attend & When

Permanent, benefits-eligible new hiresÌýare welcome to attend QuickStart. It is recommended that new hires attend QuickStart within the first two weeks of their start date. The Supervisor or HRL will determine the best date for the new hire to attend, work with the new hire to set that on their schedule, and share the QuickStart link with the new hire.

How to Attend

QuickStart is held virtually via Zoom. Zoom can be accessed via a computer or by downloading the for your mobile device. For help with Zoom, please visit the Office of Information Technology .
