The Organization and Employee Development team in Human Resources leads professional development trainings that are available to all employees at Â鶹´«Ã½. Topics include communication, productivity, hybrid work, inclusive practices, and leadership. Join the training team for an overview of programs offered and learn how to maximize this benefit. The CU Discover series are virtual sessions designed for new Â鶹´«Ã½ employees over the lunch hour (feel free to eat and listen!)Ìý
